AI is reshaping every role in business — from marketing and sales to operations and strategy. But traditional business schools are still teaching the same curriculum they taught a decade ago. Someone needed to build a school that starts from scratch, designed for the world that actually exists today. That someone is Stride.
The Name. The Meaning. The Mission.
Stride means a long, decisive step — the kind you take when you know exactly where you're going. It's not a tentative shuffle or a cautious crawl. It's movement with purpose, confidence, and momentum.
We chose the name because it captures the delta we want to create. When a student walks into Stride on Day 1, they carry a certain identity — maybe uncertain, maybe curious, maybe just looking for something different. By the time they graduate, they should have transformed. Not just in what they know, but in how they think, how they decide, and how they build.
The journey from explorer to creator. From passive learner to active builder. From someone who consumes content to someone who ships products. That transformation — that decisive forward movement — is the Stride.
Every system, every space, every semester at Stride is designed around one question: Is the student moving forward? Not in marks. Not in attendance. In capability, in confidence, and in proof of work that the world can see.
